Holly Doan

Holly Doan is an award-winning journalist, online publisher and producer of political history documentaries for television.  She has worked as a TV journalist in four provinces, including CBC local and CTV National News. She served as CTV Ottawa Parliament Hill correspondent and Bureau Chief in Beijing, China.  For a decade, Holly’s company produced highly acclaimed Canadian political history documentaries broadcast on CPAC, the Cable Public Affairs Channel, including four series: The Prime Ministers, The Fifties, The Premiers, and Our Times.

Since 2012 Holly has been the publisher of Blacklock’s Reporter, an online news site covering federal affairs and focussed on government accountability. Blacklock’s Reporter stands in opposition to federal media subsidies.

On “vacation” Holly has most recently visited the site of the compound in Pakistan where Osama bin Laden was killed and the Israeli kibbutzim attacked on October 7th.
